Only 3 weeks to Register!

Registration will close on Friday July 10th. Make sure you don't miss it!

We saw some fresh registrations over the past week or so. Some are new to the event, some are returners. As we are nearing the registration window, make sure to book your spot. Registration closes around 6 weeks before the event as we need to ensure we have enough trackers in time and make other preparations.

In the coming weeks, we will be test riding the final parts of the track. All in all just over 10% of the total will be different from last year's edition. For example, we had to make some adjustments due to road blocks, new fences and private lands. On the other hand, we also made many minor changes, where we believed it would simply make the route better. We even took out 1 or 2 nasty climbs with some nice alternatives. It is never unpleasant to be out there on the course, but the legs do feel heavy after a day or so :).

The Checkpoints will remain the same as the previous year. First Checkpoint is in the nice, little town of Herbeumont, Belgium after around 300 km. The second checkpoint is in Neroth, Germany after more than 500km. Both checkpoints are staffed with people eager to provide stamps. In between the Checkpoints, Djoeke and I will try to find each rider on the course to cheer them on and provide some mental support.

In the meantime, good progress is made on the handmade rider caps again. Djoeke is working on this year's batch of the highly desired headwear. Greatest thing to see is that riders still using the caps, long after Arden2Eifel in other adventures.

Lastly, we are updating the rider guide with the latest changes, progressing the ordering of the GPS trackers and making final tweaks to the GPX files. All in all, we are less than 9 weeks away from the start! We are really looking forward again to meet the riders and be out there.
